Question: Can these motifs be repaired if some of the rope light goes out?
Answer: In many cases yes, you can repair these by re-stringing the motif. Keep in mind, it can be very tedious and in many cases is easier to replace the whole motif.
Question: What is the warranty for the rope light motifs and snowflakes?
Answer: These motifs have a 3 season warranty. If you do have a sculpture arrive not in working condition or damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@noveltylights.com or 1-800-209-6122 option 2.
Question: Are all of the sculptures LED rope lights?
Answer: We do carry a few options for incandescent rope light motifs. Click here for those options. The rest of our options are LED.
Question: How do the sculptures hang?
Answer: The rope light sculptures come with a small hanging hook for installation; however, for a more sturdy option many customers will use a heavier wire option to install the lights.
Question: Can these be connected together?
Answer: These sculptures cannot be connected together and do require their own outlets or extension cord.
Question: Can these change colors?
Answer: We do sell one item that has the capability of changing. Click here for that option.
Question: Can any of the snowflakes twinkle?
Answer: No, our rope light Snowflakes are all steady burn and do not have the capability to twinkle.
Question: What are the different sizes that you carry in the rope light sculptures?
Answer: The sizes range from 12”- 60”. We carry various options for snowflakes and have more size options for those compared to the other holiday sculptures.
Question: Can you make custom rope light motifs?
Answer: Unfortunately, our company does not do custom orders for rope light motifs. However; if you would like to create your own, we do sell the custom cuts in the rope light. Click here for options.
Question: Is the rope light UV treated?
Answer: Yes the rope light used on the motifs is a UV treated.
Question: What is the bulb spacing in the rope light?
Answer: the bulbs are spaced 1” apart.
Question: What is the kelvin rating for the pure white and warm white?
Answer: The pure white is 3000K and the warm white is 2800K. For the incandescent snowflakes they do not have a kelvin rating but could be classified at 2700K.
Question: How long is the power cord for these motifs?
Answer: The power cord for these lights are 6’.
