Question: What are the different lengths that are available in these lights? 

Answer:  There two lengths available: 

• 24 ft 

• 50 ft 

Question: How many lights are on a strand? 

Answer: We offer 70 lights or 100 light strands. 

Question: What is the bulb spacing of these lights? 

Answer: PLease see below the bulbs spacing options: 

• 24’= 4” bulb spacing 

• 50’= 6” bulb spacing 

Question: What is the wattage? 

Answer: Please see the wattage and amps below for the 70 light and 100 light sets: 

• 70 light- 4.8watts 0.04amps 

• 100 light - 9.8watts 0.08amps

Question: How many sets can I connect? 

Answer: Please see below for the max amount of set connections: 

• 24’ = 43 sets 

• 50’ = 21 sets 

Question: Are the multi colored strings 3 separate strings (i.e. 1 gold, 1 green and 1 purple) or is it one string with alternating colors?

Answer: Each color is on the same string and the colors alternate. 

Question: Are these bulbs big enough to put along your roofline?

Answer:  These bulbs can be used but are little small for a roofline, we would suggest a C7 or C9 sized bulb. 

Question: Are the white lights on the strings a warm white or a blue white? 

Answer:  The strings have both the warm white color and the pure white color. Please look for either warm or pure white when purchasing. The warm white color is reminiscent of the incandescent light with the yellow glow. The pure white is a true white color like snow. 

Question: If one bulb burns out will it affect the whole set? 

Answer: No, if you do have a bulb burn out the rest will remain lit. There have been occasions that half the string will light and the other won’t this could be an issue in the rectifier. If you have this issue please call our customer service team at 1-800-209-6122, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 

Question: What is the oblong shaped thing on the string? 

Answer: It is a built in rectifier that helps the LED’s shine brighter and maintain a steady burn with no flickering.

Question: Can I cut off the rectiffer? 

Answer: No you cannot cut off the rectiffer because the lights will not work. 

Question: What is the lifespan of these lights? 

Answer:  These string sets have 40,000 hours of bulb life. 

Question: What is the warranty on these lights? 

Answer: Our LED string lights have a 3 season warranty. 

Question: What is the voltage? 

Answer: These light sets are 120V.

Question: Can I buy replacement bulbs? 

Answer:  Unfortunately you cannot purchase replacement bulbs for these strands, the lights are molded into the socket and are non removable. 

Question: Can I cut and customize these sets? 

Answer:  It is not suggested that these sets be altered as it would void the warranty. 

Question: Are the strings UL listed?

Answer:  These sets are UL listed for indoor and outdoor use.  

Question: Will the color of the bulb be a true red, blue, green, etc.

Answer: LED bulbs have the same color light inside as the color of the bulb, so this will make them more true to color than their incandescent counterparts.  

Question: Are these dimmable?

Answer: Yes these are dimmable, but they will not dim from 100% to 0%. You will also need a LED compatible dimmer.   

Question:What is the wire gauge? 

Answer:  22 AWG
