Question: Are these bulbs dimmable?
Answer: Our Twinkle bulbs are not dimmable. Our steady burn diamond faceted bulbs are dimmable.

Question: Are the bulbs true to color?
Answer: The light emitted from the LED SMD chip is the same color as the coating on the outside of the bulb. When the color coating fades on the outside due to the sun or other weather it will still shine the original color.
Question: Are these single replacement bulbs?
Answer: We sell our replacement bulbs in packs of 25.
Question: What is the warranty of these bulbs
Answer: Our C9 Diamond Faceted Twinkle bulbs have a 3 season warranty.
Question: Are these lights 130 Volts?
Answer: Our C9 Diamond Facets Twinkle lights are 120 volts.
Question: What is the wattage of these bulbs?
Answer: Our C9 Diamond Faceted Twinkle bulbs are .8 watt bulbs.
Question: Can I use these in an existing strand I already have with incandescent bulbs?
Answer: You can use an existing stringer you already have; you just would need to confirm the base sizes are the same and that you either have all LED bulbs on the strand or all incandescent. If you combine incandescent with LED you lessen the life of the LED bulb because you are feeding it with more energy than it needs. An incandescent bulb needs 5 watts of power to work the LED needs less than a watt to shine.
Question: What kind of stringer do I use with these bulbs?

Question: Will a C9 bulb fit into a C7 bulb socket?
Answer: Although the bulbs look similar they have different base sizes. The C9 is an E17 base. The C7 is a traditional candelabra base which is classified as an E12 base. See our size chart.

Answer: An E17 base is an intermediate base, it measures at ?”.

Question: Do these bulbs get hot?
Answer: Our LED bulbs do not get hot to the touch. This is one of the features that make them so desirable for indoor and outdoor installation.
Question: What is the “twinkle” function on these bulbs?
Answer: The ""twinkle"" of these bulbs is a blinking function, and is random.
